Happy Easter!
We join with Christians all over the world as we celebrate this triumphant day and season. On Easter Sunday we find the stone rolled away, the tomb empty. Our Lord has overcome death and welcomes us into everlasting life.
May we all enter into Christ's kingdom on earth: seeking Christ in everyone we meet, loving our neighbors as ourselves. Let us praise him not only with our lips, but with our lives.
Lord, we ask that you will help the people of St. Francis to be "Easter people". Help us to take the love of Christ into the world. May the people we meet know we are Christians by our love.
